Also, check our fish coloring sheet.
There are games for all tastes and many gaming consoles to choose from to play these matches.
One of the most prevalent stripes is the Xbox series of consoles, and they include one of the best-designed controls out there.
Playing video games is a lot of fun, but knowing how to draw an Xbox controller is a wonderful way to combine hobby and art!
How to Draw An Xbox Controller
Step 1
The Xbox controller is designed to fit comfortably in your hands for long gaming sessions.
This is mainly due to its shape, and we will draw this shape outline in this first step of our How to Draw an Xbox Controller guide.
The controller has two parts that fall on either side to rest your palms, and you can draw them with rounded lines.
Between these two rounded sections, there is a fairly flat line with only a slight curve.
The sides and top of the controller also have only a slight curve, so do your best to copy the stripes as they appear in our connection picture.
Eventually, sketch two flat, square figures on either side of the top of the switch for the controller’s trigger buttons.
Step 2
Without buttons, a game controller would be useless. For this reason, in this second step, we will draw some buttons to your Xbox controller.
First, draw a circle on the top left of the control and then draw another ring inside it. This forms the first analog stick of the controller.
Next, add another smaller circle to the right of the staff. This circle has no details for now, but we’ll add them later.
Finally, let’s draw another circle in the top center of the controller.
This button is used to access the console’s home screen and contains an X to match the Xbox theme.
You can draw this X with some curved lines. These lines are positioned fairly specifically, so refer to our example image.
Step 3
In our tutorial step on drawing an Xbox controller, we will add more buttons and details.
First, draw another larger circle near the bottom left side of the controller. Then inside this circle, you can draw two vertical and two horizontal lines. This will create the controller’s directional pad.
Next, draw some small square shapes inside the small button you drew earlier. You can draw another small circle next to it and then draw three horizontal lines inside it.
Finally, finish with a flat oval shape underneath these two buttons.
Step 4
This step and the next are all about adding the final buttons and features to the Xbox controller design. For now, draw four more buttons on the top right side of the controller.
There are colored letters on these buttons. So if you want to color your design, leave these buttons alone, as we will add the letters in the coloring phase.
Otherwise, you can draw a Y on top, a B on the right, an X on the left, and then an A on the bottom.
Step 5
Now you’re ready to add the buttons and final details in this step of our How to Draw an Xbox Controller guide.
First, draw another analog stick by drawing another circle within a circle on the lower right side of the controller.
Then you can finish by drawing some details on the flat oval button you drew near the center of the controller.
Before moving to the next phase, you can complement this picture by drawing some details. You could design a wallpaper that shows a TV screen with your favorite video game!
Step 6
We will close this Xbox controller drawing by adding some color to it. Xbox controllers come in a light gray or black base color, and we chose the gray option for our example.
Some custom controllers and skins also allow for other colors and patterns, so you can use whatever color you like to tint these!
You can also use colors to draw the letters inside the buttons on the right.
